Public Works Director of Public Works Jim Neal and staff accepted a resolution proclaiming the week Week of May 20-26, 2018 as Public Works Week. Mr. Neal recognized the winners of the Resolution Charleston County Backhoe Rodeo Champions. He stated these operators demonstrate the skill and ability represented by the blue-collar staff of Charleston County Public Works who are out there every day working hard.
