Our staff will hand toss a blend of fresh salad greens with a choice of two or three dressings to order- All salad buffets include fresh baked French bread or soft breadsticks and a variety of our delicious dessert bars.

Caesar Chicken Salad - Bite-sized, grilled chicken breast in a lemony Greek marinade, romaine lettuce, sliced hard-boiled eggs, thinly sliced red onion, shredded parmesan and crumbled feta cheeses, marinated artichoke hearts, pepperoncini peppers, black Kalamata, Spanish queen green olives and lemon wedges.

Oriental Salad- Seasoned, grilled, bite-sized chicken breast, a mixture of romaine and spring mixed lettuce, sliced fresh mushrooms, hard-boiled eggs, sliced green onions, fresh bean sprouts, broccoli florets, Julienne sliced green peppers, sliced celery, pineapple tidbits, Mandarin oranges, fresh pea pods, baby corn, chow mein noodles, crisp sesame-sunflower topping and fortune cookies included.
