We may have started what we have done in 2012 and consider what we need the debate and the process of addressing the issues at to do in 2013. We have done so much and so much has minor but we need to see the process through to the end. happened that it is not possible to cover it all in one short report. I personally feel that the next every word is being watched, observed and evolution of our fixtures and games planning needs to internalised. The adults of Coiste na nÓg need to lead focus on quality of games rather than quantity. by example. The biggest challenge I foresee in the near future is how Our Referees we deal with our minors.
