Financijsko izvješće .......................................................................................................................... 17 1 Uvodne napomene Savjet mladih Grada Pazina osnovan je 24. prosinca 2007. godine temeljem Zakona o savjetima mladih („Narodne novine“ broj 23/07). Savjet mladih Grada Pazina (u daljnjem tekstu: Savjet mladih) osnovan je kao savjetodavno tijelo Gradskog vijeća u cilju aktivnog uključivanja mladih u javni život Grada Pazina. Mladi su osobe s prebivalištem na području Grada Pazina, u dobi od petnaest (15) do trideset (30) godina života. U okviru svoga djelokruga Savjet mladih kao savjetodavno tijelo Gradskoga vijeća osobito: - raspravlja o pitanjima iz djelokruga rada Gradskoga vijeća koja su od interesa za mlade, - predlaže Gradskome vijeću donošenje odluka, programa i drugih akata od značaja za unaprjeđivanje položaja mladih, - predlaže Gradskome vijeću raspravu o pojedinim pitanjima od značaja za mlade te način rješavanja navedenih pitanja, - daje mišljenje Gradskome vijeću prilikom donošenja odluka, mjera, programa i drugih akata od osobitog značenja za mlade, - izrađuje izvješća nadležnim tijelima o problemima mladih, a po potrebi, - predlaže i donošenje programa za otklanjanje nastalih problema i poboljšanje položaja mladih, - predlaže mjere za ostvarivanje i provedbu odluka i programa o skrbi za mlade, - skrbi o informiranosti mladih o svim pitanjima značajnim za unapređivanje položaja mladih, - predlaže Gradskome vijeću financijski plan radi ostvarivanja programa rada Savjeta mladih, - po potrebi poziva predstavnike tijela jedinice lokalne odnosno područne (regionalne) samouprave na sjednice Savjeta mladih te - obavlja i druge poslove od interesa za mlade. Savjet mladih broji pet članova i pet zamjenika: Neva Ljuština je predsjednica, Lucija Jedrejčić je potpredsjednica, članovi su: Marijo Ivanković (član s Liste udruge mladih); Nikola Ardalić (član s Liste drugih oblika organiziranja mladih) i Lucija Zidarić (članica s Liste učeničkog vijeća). Zamjenici članova su: Valentina Rabar, Elena Stranić, Željka Nefat, Karla Pilat i Luka Bursać. Članovi su izabrani na mandat u trajanju od tri godine. 2 1. Saziv Savjeta mladih (2019. – 2022.) Od siječnja 2019. godine započeto je s pripremom provođenja izbora članova za saziv Savjeta mladih u mandatnom razdoblju od 2019. do 2022. godine . Aktivnosti su uključivale: - pripremu dokumentacije za provođenje izbora, - pripremu Odluke o pokretanju postupka i upućivanje materijala na Gradsko vijeće, - priprema Prijedloga javnog poziva i obrazloženja, - priprema Obrazaca za kandidaturu, - kontaktiranje škola i udruga – animiranje mladih za podnošenje kandidatura, - prikupljanje kandidatura, priprema obrazloženja i liste kandidata – objava lista: liste su objavljene na oglasnim pločama i web stranicama Grada Pazina, - priprema materijala za sjednicu Komisije za izbor članova Savjeta mladih i sudjelovanje na sjednicama Komisije, - priprema materijala za provođenje izbora na sjednici Gradskog vijeća i sudjelovanje na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Grada Pazina, - objava rezultata izbora i popratnih materijala, priprema i slanje obavijesti izabranim članovima. Na temelju članka 10. stavak 1. i 2. Zakona o savjetima mladih („Narodne novine“ broj 41/14.), članaka 8. i 9. Odluke o osnivanju Savjeta mladih Grada Pazina („Službene novine Grada Pazina“ broj 23/14.) te članaka 22. i 31.a Statuta Grada Pazina („Službene novine Grada Pazina“ broj 17/09., 4/13., 23/14. I 6/18.), Gradsko vijeće Grada Pazina je na sjednici održanoj 20. prosinca 2018. godine objavilo Javni poziv za isticanje kandidature za izbor članova Savjeta mladih Grada Pazina (KLASA: 013-01/18- 01/01, URBROJ: 2163/01-03-02-18-6). Javni poziv je bio objavljen istog dana na oglasnim pločama Grada Pazina, mjesnih odbora, na službenim stranicama Grada Pazina www.pazin.hr te u Službenim novinama Grada Pazina broj 39/2015. Nakon provedenog tajnog glasovanja za izbor članova i zamjenika članova Savjeta mladih Grada Pazina i utvrđivanja rezultata glasovanja, Gradsko vijeće utvrđuje da su s Popisa važećih kandidatura za izbor članova i zamjenika članova Savjeta mladih Grada Pazina na izborima održanim 11. travnja 2019. godine, u Savjet mladih Grada Pazina izabrani: 1. član: MARIJO IVANKOVIĆ, Zamjenica člana: ŽELJKA NEFAT (kandidirani ispred Centra za mlade “Alarm” Pazin), 2 . članica: LUCIJA JEDREJČIĆ, zamjenica članice: ELENA STRANIĆ, (kandidirane ispred Centra za mlade “Alarm” Pazin), 3. član: NIKOLA ARDALIĆ, 3 zamjenica KARLA PILAT (kandidirani ispred Udruge za promicanje znanstvene fantastike i fantazije „Albus“ iz Pazina), 4. članica: NEVA LJUŠTINA, zamjenica članice: VALENTINA RABAR, (kandidirane ispred Društva „Naša djeca“ Pazin) 5. članica: LUCIJA ZIDARIĆ, Zamjenik članice: LUKA BURSAĆ (kandidirani ispred Vijeća učenika Gimnazije i strukovne škole Jurja Dobrile Pazin). 1. Najistaknutije aktivnosti bile su organizacija i sudjelovanje na Danu mladih Istarske županije te sudjelovanje na Nacionalnoj konferenciji Savjeta mladih u Slavonskom brodu. 6 Dan mladih Istarske županije organiziran je na inicijativu Savjeta mladih Grada Rovinja u suradnji sa savjetima mladih gradova Pule, Pazina, Novigrada, Buzeta i Labina te Savjeta mladih Istarske županije. Cilj manifestacije bio je okupiti što veći broj predstavnika mladih u Istarskoj županiji te osigurati prostor i vrijeme za zajedničko učenje, razmjenu potreba i ideja i umrežavanje u svrhu boljeg i kvalitetnijeg djelovanja za mlade u Istri. U petak, 3. svibnja 2019. godine u prostorijama grada Rovinja održano je službeno potpisivanje Sporazuma o suradnji na manifestaciji Dan mladih Istarske županije kojem su prisustvovali potpredsjednica Savjeta mladih Grada Pazina Lucija Jedrejčić i Gradonačelnik Grada Pazina Renato Krulčić. Potpisivanjem Sporazuma, Grad Pazin podržao je ovu manifestaciju izdvajanjem 2.000,00 kuna u svrhu sufinanciranja konferencije i popratnih sadržaja. 13. rujna 2019. u rovinjskoj Gradskoj vijećnici održan je Dan mladih Istarske županije. Predavanja su održali Tihana Fontana, predstavnica Agencije za mobilnost i programe Europske unije i Eurodesk multiplikatorica iz Udruge ZUM, Ksenija Perko i Marko Taljan iz Javnog zavoda za mlade „Mladi zmaji“ iz Ljubljane, Aleksandra Lera, programska voditeljica Volonterskog centra Istra te Maura Čabran, predsjednica Savjeta mladih Grada Rovinja.     Investment opportunity in Motovun area Motovun Situated in the center of heart-shaped Istria, one of the best-developed tourist regions and the biggest peninsula in Croatia, is the humble municipality of Motovun. Such location makes it close to other well-known tourist hotspots at the coast while keeping a more peaceful and easy-going surrounding. Poreč, Pula, and Rijeka are less than an hour's drive away and the nearest sea is less than 30 minutes' drive away. Situated in the heart of the peninsula, with mountain Učka on the east, the Adriatic Sea on the west and the river Mirna flowing through it, Motovun area has a unique continental climate with 4 distinct seasons. Old Motovun town, or Montona, is the best-preserved medieval town in Istria and dates to the 12th century A.D. Motovun sits atop the 277-meter high hill and is the center of Motovun municipality. INTRODUCTION The competitiveness of Istrian rural areas as a tourism product is not satisfactory, as demonstrated by the stagnation of agritourism – the backbone of rural tourism – and the closing of farms, which has been occurring in recent years. The situation is even worse in some parts of Croatia. Increasing the competitiveness of rural tourism requires enhacing the recognizability of the rural destination. The best means to achieve this objective is "upgrading" agritourism – the basic product of rural tourism – with additional content. The above considerations lead to the following question: Which content is adequate for this type of tourism? This paper aims to show that cultural and entertainment events can contribute significantly to enhancing the basic product of rural tourism by conferring "added value" upon the destination. Cultural, entertainment, sports and other events can thus become an important factor in the sustainable development of tourism, especially in the valorisation of cultural heritage through tourism, thereby increasing the opportunities for its conservation, preservation and promotion, and addressing both tourists and the local population.

    European Scientific Journal February 2014 edition vol.10, No.5 ISSN: 1857 – 7881 (Print) e - ISSN 1857- 7431 COMMUNICATION OF THE CROATIAN STATE ARCHIVES IN ZADAR WITH ITS USERS AND THE REVIEW OF THE INFORMATION NEEDS OF GENEALOGISTS Goran Pavelin, PhD Department of Tourism and Communication Studies, University of Zadar, Croatia Abstract Genealogical researches associated with the Croatian archival institutions have not previously been systematically conducted neither at regional nor national level. However, more recent American researches conducted by interviewing genealogists talk about a very important group of users seeking for information from archival material and records. Based on these researches we perceive the most common user obstacles and problems they are facing during the search. Based on the available documentation in Croatian State Archives in Zadar and through questionnaires, the author has obtained the feedback from its users and the information on genealogists' habits (within the population of students and professors of the Croatian city of Zadar, and, with the second questionnaire, within the other natural or legal persons who use records). On the basis of questionnaires and insight into quantitative information on users and material, and with complementary qualitative research approaches (interviews of the American researchers with genealogists), the author came across the deeper insight on customers of the Croatian State Archives in Zadar in general, and on genealogists, in particular. The author thereby raises some key aspects in determining the users' behaviour when searching for information. In fact, the research has established the identity of the users and resulted in findings on: the uses of archives and records, ways in which users make contact with the archives, the research purposes (of genealogists in particular), the sources of reliance of genealogical users prior to visiting the archives and on the assessment which is determined by personal priority for genealogy research (1 for unimportant to 5 for extremely important).

    Posjećenost hrvatskih muzeja u 2017. godini Izvor podataka: godišnji anketni upitnik MDC-a upućen na Registar muzeja, galerija i zbirki Republike Hrvatske. Dobiveni su podaci 137 muzeja iz registra A, što predstavlja odaziv od 86 %. Uz to dobiveni su podaci i od 12 muzeja iz registra B i 4 muzeja iz registra C.
