The Blue Devils improved to 8-3 overall and 2- 1 in the ACC while the Tar Heels fell to 7-6 and 2-1 in the league. S 16 Brigham Young Columbus, OH L 2-3 Duke-N.C. State Series History S 17 Pittsburgh Columbus, OH W 3-1 Duke holds a 46-28 overall record against N.C. State in volleyball. The 46-28 mark includes a 15- match winning streak for the Blue Devils from 1989-1995. Head coach Jolene Nagel is 9-2 against 2005 ACC Schedule the Wolfpack in her seven seasons at Duke. The Blue Devils won the only meeting between the two teams in 2004, defeating the Wolfpack 3-0 in Cameron Indoor Stadium on October 30.
