Med tanke på valg av tema var ikke dette vanskelig å bestemme seg for. Vi er to gode studiekompiser med en massiv interesse for fotball, og da helst engelsk og norsk fotball. Vi har i tillegg en stor interesse for utvikling av unge spillere, fordi dette er et tema det er stort fokus på nå. På bakgrunn av dette ble vi inspirert til å bygge opp Bacheloroppgaven vår omkring temaet ”Talentutvikling” med basis i noen spesielle klubber.
