THE KENT COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, BOROUGH OF SWALE) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT No. 4B) ORDER 2012
The Council of the County of Kent in exercise of their powers under sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1) and (2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 53 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the chief officer of police in accordance with Paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Act, propose to make the following Order:-
A - This Order may be cited as the Kent County Council (Various Roads, Borough of Swale) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Amendment 4B Order 2012 and shall come into force on the 16 th day of November, 2012.
B. the Kent County Council (Various Roads, Borough of Swale) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2010 shall have effect as though -
