INTRODUCTION 1.1. Aspect Landscape Planning have been instructed by Heyford Developments to provide a landscape and visual appraisal in respect of land to the northwest of Redditch in terms of its suitability for development. The client has control of land at Foxlydiate Lane, Webheath, Redditch, hereby referred to as the Subject Site, which measures in the region of 40ha. The subject site is part of a wider parcel of land that was considered in a Special Consultation on Redditch Expansion (February 2010), identifying three potential Growth Options for Redditch (refer Appendix 1).
