In a flight simulator, the two-segment approach was studied in detail and a profile and procedures were developed. Equipment adaptable to contemporary avionics and navigation systems was designed and manufactured by Collins Radio Company and was installed and evaluated in two different B-727-200 aircraft. The equipment, profile, and procedures were evaluated out of revenue service by pilots representing government agencies, airlines, airframe manufac- turers, and professional pilot associations.

We were once a local newspaper published for the cargo people in the United States. In 1975, we were the only monthly Air Cargo News newspaper in the world. While the number of operations in the current Proposed Action remains the same as the Proposed Action1 evaluated in the public Draft Supplemental EA, five flights per day will be operated with smaller aircraft (Embraer 175s instead of Boeing 737-700s), which will result in a reduction in passenger enplanements.

United (PREL) management should meet with Union leadership to review the plans to shift aircraft on the Honolulu-Guam-Narita route and failing plans to reverse their LEGISLATIVE REPRESENTATIVE decision should work with the Association of Flight Attendants to mitigate any income loss for CMI flight attendants until such time when the new United PACIFIC ISLAND DEVELOPMENT BANK Airline has achieved one single operating certificate and the flight attendant's (PIDB) group has negotiated a single contract with a single seniority list."
