This article provides an overview of methods for dening and analyzing the aging of the body. This is a review article of a novel hardware and software complex for health monitoring developed by a scientic group, which analyzes human bio parameters using articial intelligence algorithms. The relevance of the proposed system is undeniable due to the used algorithms of articial intelligence, with the help of which it is possible to quickly and accurately analyze a large amount of data related to human aging. The article will be of interest to developers of articial intelligence, biostatisticians and scientists working on the denition of aging in the human body. Introduction Aging is natural for every living organism, while it is often accompanied by diseases that affect both the body and the human psyche.

Oberhelman In the spring of 1930, a healing monk on the Greek island of Thasos became the center of international attention. The monk, named Gymnasios Lavriotis, had been trained from childhood as an herbalist and practical folk healer. While serving as a priest in the mountain village of Theologos, Gymnasios offered healing recipes to hundreds of sick people who had travelled from other island villages and even the Greek mainland. His medical recipes (293 in number) have survived through accounts in newspapers of Kavala, Thessaloniki, Epirus, and Athens. Since no study of this fascinating healer exists other than several brief Greek entries, this article serves as an introduction to the life and career of this monk, as well as his healing recipes, materia medica, and therapeutic practices. In the spring of 1930, all of Greece was, as a newspaper reporter phrased it, "shaken like an earthquake" by reports of miraculous healings performed by a monk on the island of Thasos, about 125 miles northeast of Thessaloniki. Writers for newspapers throughout Greece flocked to the mountaintop village of Theologos to see for themselves the activities of this monk, named Gimansios Lavriotis. Some reports branded him a charlatan or quack, while others praised him as a miracle worker and an herbalist of the highest order. But who and what was he? In what follows I offer a brief introduction to his life, a discussion of his materia medica, a review of his medical recipes and recorded therapies, and then conclude with an assessment of his place in traditional Greek medicine.

For lovers of nature the region is a paradise: awe-inspiring mountain ranges with deep ravines carved out by gushing crystal clear streams, rare wild flowers, mountain lakes and wooded hillsides with hidden meadows reminiscent of the Alps combine to create a perfect natural environment that provides an ideal habitat for rare species of animals, birds and aquatic mammals. Together with the delight of its varied natural beauty, the region offers endless opportunities for all kinds of sport to those who seek adventure. At the same time however the area abounds with silent and relaxing havens for those wishing to leave the stresses and pressures of the modern world far behind them. The region is rich with religious and archaeological monuments, which bear physical witness to its bright and fascinating history. The past is also reflected everywhere in the traditional homes, watermills and bridges found all over the region and in the ancient customs and traditional music with which the inhabitants continue to celebrate their way of life. In ancient times the sacred oracle of Dodonis and the cities of the Molossi prospered here while the monasteries, churches and other places of worship found spread across the region record with masterly murals the ages of Byzantine and Turkish domination.
