Iniciouse como tal en varias discotecas durante os 80 e os 90, antes de fundar Gum Poductions e lanzar o que sería seu primeiro álbum”Gum Productions a Little More Love” en 2002. En toda a súa carreira artística vendeu máis de 10,4 millóns de discos, un récord para un disc jockey. Guetta e un dos productores de música máis cotizados tras haber traballado con unha variedad de artistas de música pop e hip hop. Biografía Sus inicios David Guetta e fillo dun restaurador marroquí de orixe xudío e dunha belga. Iniciou súa carreira musical a os 17 anos, como disc jockey en discotecas locais. Paralelamente estudiaba Dereito.Nesa época os DJ mezclaban a música nas discotecas, escondidos do público. Entre 1988 e 1990 , mézclou música house na Radio Nova. The Homecoming day began with a satisfying victory over Holmes in the football game, in which the football Colonels scored over sixty points and put on a show that would lead into the Homecoming Dance that night. CovCath students were dressed to impress as they arrived with their dates to the gym for the “Light Up the Sky” themed dance. The DJ, DJ Shoeshine, put on an impressive light show complemented by a quality blend of bass-loaded music that had Colonels fist- pumping all night. “You know, I really had the fist pump going for me and the music was Photo by Prestige Photography Prestige by Photo perfect for mosh pits at times or dancing with your date. It was an awesome senior Home- coming,” remarked senior Charlie Mader. The night went on with continuous dancing until the moment that everyone had been waiting for: the crowning of the king and queen. The throne as Homecom- ing King seemed to be up in the air for any nominated senior to win, and the crown Colonels and their dates pause their dancing for a quick picture. went to Alex Flynn and his girlfriend, Jamie Bramlage. As popular as it is controversial, Mad Genius rhetoric imagines an age-old link betWeen “madness,” or apparently problematic mental states, and extraordinary gifts of creativity, intelligence, and other talents. I ask: How is Mad Genius rhetoric taken up by real mentally ill people, especially women, in self- referential texts? What conditions encourage authors to construct Mad Genius personae in life Writing, and what rhetorical purpose do such personae serve? Examining these questions through a lens of mental health rhetoric, I build case studies grounded in four highly influential mental illness memoirs: Susanna Kaysen’s Girl, Interrupted, Kay Redfield Jamison’s An Unquiet Mind, Nana-Ama Danquah’s Willow Weep for Me, and Elizabeth Wurtzel’s Prozac Nation.
