FINNISH BAROQUE ORCHESTRA // PROJECTS 2021-22 September 2021 and availability on request TEACHERS & STUDENTS Kajsa Dahlbäck, soprano / Katarina Heikkilä, alto / Jukka Jokitalo, tenor / Juha-Pekka Mitjonen, baritone Johann Peter Kellner, an organ player from the small German village Gräfenroda, was an important teacher, counting among his pupils Johann Christoph Kellner, his son, and Johann Philipp Kirnberger, later known for his famous music theory publications. One of Kellner’s close friends was Johann Sebastian Bach, who also teached Kirnberger and besides him harpsichord player Johann Gotlieb Goldberg amongst others.
