Shirley has even offered to drop off our donations. We are a group of animal lovers and I know how much these shelters do with so little. If you are not able to go to the Fleming's Ranch in April, perhaps you could send some things with someone who will be attending. Thank you for all you do! The facility is well TOWELS organized and Marilyn and I did a little BLANKETS shopping (just to help them out, of course). BAKING SODA DISH SOAP Thanks, Marilyn, for helping us deliver. REGION 9 NEWS Region 9 Rally: Peace, Love, Airstream Peace, Love, Airstream will take place April 9 – 15, 2018 at the Expo Center of Taylor County in Abilene, Texas. The rally parking fees include six (6) nights of 30 amp electric, water, and one pump out. Keith and Grady did an awesome job for last year's rally. The food and entertainment were outstanding. Seeing Grady Hula last year was a hoot. Early registration is a tremendous help for them. REGISTER TODAY, DON'T DELAY. Click here for the brochure and registration form. Texas Country Air "All Aboard!" Rally October 25-28, 2018 Brownwood, TX Sponsored by: Region 9-Wally Byam Airstream Club The Texas Country Air Rally Returns in 2018 bigger and better than ever as a WBAC National Rally. This is the largest Urban Rally in the United States. Plan now to attend in downtown Brownwood, Texas. Brownwood is located in the geographical center of the state. Our Rally headquarters for 2018 will be the historic Brownwood Depot and Harvey House. These have been fully restored to their magnificent original state. For 2018 we have a limited number of 30 amp and electrical sites available. These are available on a first come first served basis. Register early if these amenities are required. A Rally fee of $100 covers all activities including evening entertainment. Electrical sites are available for an additional $60. Your days and evenings will be filled with informative casual seminars, tours, hands on demonstrations, live music and much more. As Brownwood is a railroad town you will enjoy the Lehnis Railroad Museum complete with dozens of working model train layouts. In addition two large scale model riding trains are available in the museum garde n. These are within easy walking distance of your urban campsite. I have a MacBook and I have had problems so I contacted CC. Below is their reply . I filled out the form again once it reloaded. It worked the second time. For now, you may have to do it twice to get registered. Also make sure your are running the latest IOS on your device. Again, please feel free to call me to register. I am more than happy to register you while I have you on the phone. (Reduces the chances of me making a mistake on your registration.) Hello Debbie, Thank you for your time on the phone today. Thank you for using Constant Contact, Leah, Customer Engagement Specialist Big Bend Unit Caravan January 30 - February 11 Memories W indy and I hiked Dog Canyon and on the way out came around the corner and saw a horse. Couldn't figure out what was going on. Then we saw 3 beautiful horses and 3 Border Patrol officers standing by them. I took their pictures and we talked with them for awhile about the mountain lion cave. We've never seen that before! It was pretty cool! - Shirley and Windy J ust want to say what a great time I had on my very first caravan! I really enjoyed meeting so many of you and I really appreciated how you all made me feel welcome. Overall it was a great experience. So sorry I had to return home early from the caravan. - Dennis W e had not revisited our first stop, South Llano River State Park, where we had visited for several summers in a row to enjoy the birding and the beautiful South Llano River.
