TENDER NOTICE

TENDER No. RFQ/WIRELINE BUSINESS AT MIRPUR/AJK/001/2013 Copper OSP Development, Rehabilitation and Civil Works at AJK, Mirpur

1. Sealed bids are required from large venders/contractors of repute to sign unit rate based for Copper OSP Development, Rehabilitation and Civil Works at AJK, Mirpur in accordance with PTCL requirements. The tender documents are available in the office of the SE Plg (GIS & ERP), Islamabad and can be obtained on cash payment of Rs. 1,000/- non-refundable or can also be downloaded from the PTCL official website www.ptcl.com.pk whereas cash payment of Rs. 1,000/- non- refundable may be submitted at the time of bid submission.

2. Bids with Bid Security of PKR 100,000/- in the shape of DD/PO in the name of SM Finance - ITR, Islamabad and shall be submitted to office of SE Plg (GIS & ERP), Islamabad as per instructions to the bidders contained in the Bid Documents by 1400 hours on Monday 4th November, 2013.

3. Bid received after the above deadline shall not be accepted.

4. PTCL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder (s) or any obligations to inform the affected bidder (s) of the grounds for PTCL Action.

5. Bidder must mention their Vendor Registration code on quotation.
