LOCATION RELEASE

I hereby grant to MSU, their successors and assigns and those acting under their authority, and those for whom they are acting, the absolute right, for as long and as often as they may elect, to copyright and/or use and/or publish, in any manner or media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without further compensation, any film, still photographic, digital or other images (the “Images”) depicting the interior and/or exterior of the property which I own or over which I have specific authority to grant permission to film or tape (the Property) or composite or distorted in character or form, in conjunction with my/our own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof, in color or otherwise, made through any media for publication, display, advertising, trade, information, or any lawful purpose whatever. I hereby waive any right that I have to inspect and/or approve the finished product of--- ______[name of company](or any party to which it is under contract), in any form, or the advertising copy in any way connected with the Property or the Images. I hereby grant to ______[name of company]the right to use in any manner, in connection with the filming, making, editing, publicity and promotion of the documentary film, -______[title of film] (or any other name such film may hereafter be designated), all Images of the Property, including but not limited to, stills and likenesses for use by the ______[name of company] in perpetuity, in any manner or media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, without further compensation. This consent and release shall be applicable to any alleged distortion in character or form and any title or legend connected therewith, although the same may be claimed to be libelous or to constitute an invasion of privacy or any other personal right. I have read the foregoing release, authorization and agreement, before signing below, and warrant that I fully understand its contents.
