<p>LOCATION RELEASE</p><p>I hereby grant to MSU, their successors and assigns and those acting under their authority, and those for whom they are acting, the absolute right, for as long and as often as they may elect, to copyright and/or use and/or publish, in any manner or media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without further compensation, any film, still photographic, digital or other images (the “Images”) depicting the interior and/or exterior of the property which I own or over which I have specific authority to grant permission to film or tape (the Property) or composite or distorted in character or form, in conjunction with my/our own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof, in color or otherwise, made through any media for publication, display, advertising, trade, information, or any lawful purpose whatever. I hereby waive any right that I have to inspect and/or approve the finished product of--- ______[name of company](or any party to which it is under contract), in any form, or the advertising copy in any way connected with the Property or the Images.
