The Global Coaching Conference organised by SASCOC will take place in KZN, Durban from 11 – 13 September 2013. SASCOC will pay Conference cost for 1 person per Federation but each Federation will have to pay their own transport and accommodation. We asked KZN to represent SASA-II. Shanita Lalloo will conduct a mini Coaching Conference during the SA Open Games in Pretoria. We ask all Provinces to make sure their Head Coach and or other coaches will attend this Conference.

10. School Sport Program

It may happen that provinces that are only having a small number of schools, will not participate in clusters, districts and regions but only on provincial level. Each SASA-II structure must advise their Provincial Department.

10.5 All SASA-II teams will be provincial teams and not school teams entering for the School Sport National Championships.

10.6 The Table Tennis coaches are not enough and we did ask for one more coach. We are not sure if it will be approved.

a. Executive and Code Committee details (name, surname, M/F, contact details, e-mail address, school involved in) b. Events for 2013 – 2014 (codes, dates, venues, etc.)

The following is also needed:

 List of qualified coaches (include decent colour photo) Maybe with a short description of the person

 Complete the athlete registration form of all there senior athletes

 Updated constitution

 Minutes of perhaps executive and council meetings (especially those that they want their affiliates to know about)

 News to affiliate members

 Upcoming events for the 2013-2014 season. This has to be detailed i.e. date, venue, The events have to include entry forms as well as a picture of a matching sport code. For example if you are going to have regional futsal trials, then a picture of a futsal team must also be provided

 Good quality pictures of regional competitions. DO NOT RESIZE Please put on a CD\DVD and post to 153 Third Avenue, Grassypark, Cape Town, 7941

 Any press releases

 Any relevant links they want to put on

 Any donors that are supporting them

 Bank Account details. National & Provincial information needed here
