Year 6 School Shirt

3rd February 2015 Dear Year 6 Parents and Caregivers,

Each year we offer our Year 6 students the opportunity to purchase and wear a Year 6 school shirt, as a memento of their final year in primary school. This year we are ordering a shirt with a printed pocket size school crest on the front (similar to our regular school polo shirt) and a memorable design on the back including the names of all our Year 6 students. The material of this shirt will be similar to the sports shirt rather than a cotton fabric.

The students will all have the opportunity to try the sample sizes which will arrive in the next couple of weeks. Please see Mrs Greentree to try on sample sizes.

If you would like to order a shirt for your child, the cost will be $35 (including GST). Please pay in full or bring a $10 deposit by Friday 27th March. Please complete the order form below and return with your payment to the office.

Closing date for Year 6 Shirt Orders Friday 27th March 2015 No orders can be accepted after this date.
