Charged with supporting the EpicCare Ambulatory Release Team system upgrades. Included design of application and stress testing scenarios. Additionally participated in entering updates to the miscellaneous configuration, fixed profile and master file areas of the system.

Provided back end build support for areas implementing EpicCare Classic and Hyperspace. This included build of department, order transmittal, ancillary service package, departmental preference lists, partial profiles as well as creations of Epic Codes.

Responsible for leading the health system implementations providing training and shadowing support. This effort included more that 350 employees and encompassed areas of Family Practice, Pediatrics, Allergy, General Surgery, Rheumatology, Pulmonary and OB/GYN.
