Mark: The American guy is going to buy the water car and he is going to produce them in America. Aaron:

Mark: How much is he going to pay the two Japanese guys up front? Aaron:

Mark: Is he going to give them a percentage of his profits from the sales of the water car? Aaron:

Mark: Are they going to give up ownership of the design? Aaron:
