Instructions for Filling the Application Form All the entries in the form must be made in block letters or typed and no column should be left blank. Print the application form on both sides of a single paper (duplex printing). Application forms may be downloaded from NIAB website (www.niab.org.pk ). Application processing fee is Rs 2,000/- only (non-refundable). Duly filled Form along with attested copies of academic documents, a Photograph and Demand draft/pay order must be sent to Director, Nuclear Institute for Agriculture and Biology (NIAB), P.O. Box 128, Jhang road Faisalabad. Applications received without the original demand draft/pay order and the photograph will not be entertained. Applications may be sent to Director, NIAB through Pakistan Post, TCS, OCS or Leopard services. Keep a photocopy of the Demand draft/pay order for your record.
