Here is the information that you will need to sign into E-Gov Intranet:

 Your State of Oregon email address  Your name as it appears on your paycheck  The year of your birth  The last four digits of your Social Security Number  Your agency number (DOC = 29100)

NOTE: If you don't have a State of Oregon email address, please contact your Agency Help Desk.

Procedure

1. Go to https://intranet.egov.oregon.gov/egov/portal/.scr/Login Note: If a "security alert" dialog box opens up, when asked "do you want to proceed?" select “yes.”

2. Select the "sign up for the first time" link.

3. Follow the screen instructions to finish self registering.

4. You will receive this e-mail:

This email confirms that you have successfully registered. Your userid is: joe.r.smith Your password is: 01220568 Before accessing the portal you'll need to reset your password at https://intranet.egov.oregon.gov/register/resetPassword.jsp

5. Keep a record of your new username.

6. Your user ID will be your e-mail address typed in lower case letters with periods in between the first name, middle initial – if any, and last name (for example: joe.r.smith).

NOTE: If you have any problems and you are a DOC employee please contact the Help Desk and have them create a ticket describing your problems. If you are NOT a DOC employee please contact your own agency’s help desk.
