Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 6 th May 2015 in Huntington Community Centre at 7.15pm

To Consider any other Planning and Green Belt related Issues: DJ confirmed that;  the Neighbourhood Plan designation letter had been received by CoYC and it will enter a six weeks consultation phase  the next small grant has been applied for  the questionnaires have been sent to CoYC for final approval  DJ is to follow up the analysis of the questionnaire on Survey Monkey  after looking into the option of Free Post returns for the questionnaires it was decided that this option would be cost prohibitive  there will be seven drop off points around the village for the return of completed questionnaires, together with the option to complete via email or Survey Monkey 8.
