Midlothian Country Club Dining Room Manager

Established in 1898, Midlothian Country Club is a member-owned club located 25 miles south of downtown Chicago with a total of 400 members and their families. Gross annual food and beverage sales exceed $2 million. Dining facilities include a mixed grille room, men’s grill room, cocktail lounge, formal dining room, banquet room and our new pool area.

The Dining room manager is responsible for all wait staff and bus staff including training and scheduling. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with experience in food and beverage service, member or customer relations and leadership skills. Candidate must have experience working with POS systems and a working knowledge of basic computer programs. Applicants with one to two years experience in a club or a fine dine restaurant are preferred.
