<p>Midlothian Country Club Dining Room Manager</p><p>Established in 1898, Midlothian Country Club is a member-owned club located 25 miles south of downtown Chicago with a total of 400 members and their families. Gross annual food and beverage sales exceed $2 million. Dining facilities include a mixed grille room, men’s grill room, cocktail lounge, formal dining room, banquet room and our new pool area. </p><p>The Dining room manager is responsible for all wait staff and bus staff including training and scheduling. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with experience in food and beverage service, member or customer relations and leadership skills. Candidate must have experience working with POS systems and a working knowledge of basic computer programs.
