Due to the number of SQL requests that CORE must create due to inaccurate date entry in the ‘Accrual Process Date’ field, we have created a customized Run Control Page adding editing criteria based on the Run ID that is entered. This customization allows two (2) ways for you to run the Leave Accrual Process; Based on the Pay Period End Date of the On-Cycle Pay Calendar that the Run ID is associated with, the Accrual Process Date can only be 1 day earlier than the Pay Period End Date or equal to the Pay Period End Date. When running leave accrual processes, enter the Run ID of the last on-cycle payroll that you have just completed.

NOTE: Pay Run ID below, 09010M0800, is associated with Pay Calendars having Pay Period End Date = 02/28/2010. So the only dates that the system will allow are 02/27/2010 or 02/28/2010.
