 The following page addresses issues that came up during the November 6, 2007 vendor’s conference and questions sent in by a vendor prior to the vendor’s conference.

 Reference the last page of the RFQ- Check List; Delete item no. 2. Do not enter your FEI or SSN on the bid document.

 Generally, a one week notice will be given prior to an inspection being required.

 The Contractor will be expected to contact the homeowners. This is a benefit to the homeowner, so the Contractor will not be going into a hostile environment.

 The County Contact will inform the Contractor if a bi-lingual representative will be needed to communicate with the homeowner.

 If there are any outbuildings (i.e. detached garage, sheds, etc.) the Contractor shall call the County Contact to verify if they shall be included in the report.

$35.00 / inspection for both zones.

4. How has the scope of work changed since the last contract?
