This is a benefit to the homeowner, so the Contractor will not be going into a hostile environment.</p><p> The County Contact will inform the Contractor if a bi-lingual representative will be needed to communicate with the homeowner.</p><p> If there are any outbuildings (i.e. detached garage, sheds, etc.) the Contractor shall call the County Contact to verify if they shall be included in the report.</p><p>QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:</p><p>1.
