CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Lynda Collins, Commission Chairman. Commission Assistant called the roll. A quorum was declared.

STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE Ms. Kathleen Reed, Commission Assistant, confirmed the Commission for Rehabilitation Services is in compliance with the Open Meeting Act.
