Do I have Windows XP Service Pack 2 Installed?
This is how to check what Operating System and Service Pack Level you computer currently has loaded.
Go to the Start button on the Desktop, select the Run command, enter winver and press OK to verify the operating system and service pack level on the computer.
If you find that you are using Windows XP SP2, you will need to download and Run the Win XP SP2 Neoteris Hotfix from the WWW.uhcs.org website.

Select Finish and the computer will restart
If this is the first time going into Physician Portal Remotely, you will have to install the Secure Application Manager (Neoteris). It will also require you to load Active X as follows. If not, skip to the next step. Left click - install Active X
Select Install When you see this window, select Unblock

When viewing images for the first time, you will see this window
Click on More options and select Always run software from “McKesson Corporation”
Left click new toolbar and Select Always Allow Pop-ups from this Site.....
Select Yes to allow pop-ups from hmi.uh.org

Left click new toolbar and select Always Allow Pop-ups from this Site
Select Yes
