<p>Do I have Windows XP Service Pack 2 Installed?</p><p>This is how to check what Operating System and Service Pack Level you computer currently has loaded.</p><p>Go to the Start button on the Desktop, select the Run command, enter winver and press OK to verify the operating system and service pack level on the computer. </p><p>If you find that you are using Windows XP SP2, you will need to download and Run the Win XP SP2 Neoteris Hotfix from the WWW.uhcs.org website. </p><p>Page 1 of 5</p><p>Select Next </p><p>Select I Agree and Next </p><p>Installing Fix</p><p>Page 2 of 5</p><p>Select Finish and the computer will restart</p><p>If this is the first time going into Physician Portal Remotely, you will have to install the Secure Application Manager (Neoteris). It will also require you to load Active X as follows. If not, skip to the next step. Left click - install Active X </p><p>Select Install When you see this window, select Unblock</p><p>Page 3 of 5</p><p>When viewing images for the first time, you will see this window</p><p>Click on More options and select Always run software from “McKesson Corporation”</p><p>Left click new toolbar and Select Always Allow Pop-ups from this Site.....</p><p>Select Yes to allow pop-ups from hmi.uh.org </p><p>Page 4 of 5 For Medical Records and Deficiency Tab </p><p>Left click new toolbar and select Always Allow Pop-ups from this Site</p><p>Select Yes</p><p>You have now applied the fixes for using Portal remotely on Windows XP SP2.
