CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION FORM AND RULES FOR USE

1. CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION DOES NOT GIVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE POOL AREA. DO NOT PROP POOL GATE OR CLUBHOUSE DOOR OPEN, ABSOLOUTLY NO WET BATHING SUITS IN BUILDING.

2. GUESTS MUST PARK IN COMMON PARKING AREA ONLY, ALL OTHERS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENCE.

3. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS WILL BE LIMITED TO 40.

4. HOMEOWNER OR AUTHORIZED TENANT MUST REMAIN IN ATTENDANCE AT ALL TIMES.

5. THE CLUB HOUSE WILL BE LEFT IN CLEAN CONDITION, INCLUDING BATHROOMS, FURNITURE ARRANGEMENT, MOPPING, VACUUMING, AND OUTSIDE AREA. ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE CLUBHOUSE AND PLACED IN DUMPSTER.

6. NO TAPE, NAILS, OR TACKS ON OR IN WALLS! DO NOT MAKE HOLES IN WALLS OR CEILING.

7. THE CLUBHOUSE RESERVATION PERIOD IS 12 AM OF RENTAL DATE TO 12 AM.

8. LOCK ALL DOOR’S AND WINDOW’S.

IF A COMPLAINT IS RECEIVED, THE POLICE AND/OR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ASSOCIATION WILL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CLOSE THE CLUBHOUSE AND REQUEST THAT ALL GUESTS VACATE THE PREMISES.

THE ASSOCIATION AND/OR MANAGING AGENT ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY OR INJURY TO ANY PERSON(S) AS A RESULT OF ANY ACTIVITIES OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES SERVED.

THE CLUBHOUSE IS RESERVED FOR THE FOLLOWING DATE ______AT $25.00 PER DAY AND A $200.00 DEPOSIT WAS RECEIVED BY______. DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED 10-15 DAYS AFTER THE CLUBHOUSE KEY AND INSPECTION OF THE FACILITIES BY THE CLUBHOUSE COMMITTEE, PROVIDED NO DAMAGES HAD BEEN DONE AND ALL CLEANING HAS BEEN COMPLETED. IF REPAIRS AND/OR CLEANING ARE NECESSARY AS A RESULT OF NEGLIGENCE BY THE RESERVING PARTY, THE COST OF THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM DEPOSIT.
