Transition Phase: (beginning glide) ______Relaxed T-position ______Balanced on ball of throwing foot ______Draw back to crouch position (still balanced) ______Didn’t cross knees ______Unseating hips ______Extending for the toe board ______Didn’t lead with the block side (arm and leg) ______Rolled off the heel of the throwing leg ______Didn’t drag the foot across the ring ______Hit center of ring at 3:00 (righties) 9:00 (lefties) ______Not in bucket ______Shot behind throwing leg ______Block arm and shoulder to back of ring ______Fairly upright, not bent at the hips

Delivery phase: (Power position to Release of shot) ______Roll hips upward first ______Turned throwing leg/foot towards the throw ______Shot behind the throwing leg ______Blocking arm/shoulder still towards rear of ring ______Chest up and out towards throw ______Shot behind throwing leg ______Blocking arm across face and down hitting pick pocketer ______Locked blocking leg ______Stable and balanced in “C” position ______Weight on back leg ______Quick arm strike and punch ______41 degree angle of release (punch 6’8” mugger) ______Head and eyes away from throw ______Wrist flick away from throw ______Didn’t cross face on release ______Flat spin on shot thru the air
