Summary of Revisions

This operating instruction contains moderate changes. Title was changed from 374 CS Instruction 125-2 to 374 CS Operating Instruction 31-2 to align it with the 31 Security series of the Air Force Instructions. Training requirements state exactly when and how bomb threat training is completed. Items added to operating instruction include: responsibilities of Maintenance Control and building custodians; person- to-person bomb threat notification procedures; detailed instructions on how to report any type of bomb threat; evacuation assembly point for building 714. The evacuation point for building 653 was changed. Responsibility for posting guards was removed.
