TUESDAY, JULY 24, 2012 – 6:30 P.M. VILLAGE BOARD/COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE -Public Comment Matters not on agenda. -Request of property owner at 105 Woodhaven Court to allow more than two chickens per parcel. -Review and consider amending Sec. 7-1-13(e), Farm Animals; Miniature Pigs-Add the words: or family. -Review bids received for installation of curb & gutter, grading work, asphalt street surface, driveway aprons, sidewalks, and associated restoration within the First Addition to Coonen’s Subdivision. -Public Hearing re: Special Assessments to be imposed for installation of curb & gutter, grading work, asphalt street surface, driveway aprons, sidewalks, and associated restoration within the First Addition to Coonen’s Subdivision. -Review Resolution 2012-15: Final Resolution authorizing public improvement assessments to be imposed for installation of curb & gutter, grading work, asphalt street surface, driveway aprons, sidewalks, and associated restoration within the First Addition to Coonen’s Subdivision. Consider approval of same. -Consider award of contract for installation of curb & gutter, grading work, asphalt street surface, driveway aprons, sidewalks, and associated restoration within the First Addition to Coonen’s Subdivision. -Review Certified Survey Map for 521 Hartjes Street. Consider approval of same. -Adjourn.
