ST8 ARCP Checklist Form General Surgery This form is to be used by SAC Liaison Members and Training Programme Directors at ARCPs held at the end of ST8.
It is mapped to the 2013 Curriculum in General Surgery and is intended to assist ARCP panels in determining whether a trainee has achieved all the curriculum requirements for CCT.
Any deficiencies identified should be noted and the appropriate ARCP outcome and training plan recorded.
