MUNICIPALITY OF ORMSTOWN PUBLIC NOTICE MINOR DEROGATION REQUEST

IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the undersigned, General Manager/ Secretary- Treasurer of the said municipality, that a special council meeting will be held on April 2nd, 2012 at 7:30 pm at Chateauguay Valley Regional High School, 1597 route 138A in Ormstown.

During this meeting, the council must rule on the following minor derogation request:

Nature and effects: The purpose of this minor derogation request is to authorize: - a distance of 1.19 metres between an accessory building and a principle building, whereas the bylaw stipulates a minimum of 1.50 metres; - a distance of 1.00 metre between a pool and a property line, whereas the bylaw stipulates a minimum of 1.50 metres; - an encroachment of an accessory building on Dickson Street, whereas the bylaw stipulates a distance of 1.50 metres from the property line.

Location identification: The building is located on lot 66-5 of the official St-Malachie Cadastral, civic number is 9 Cairns Street, property owners are Julie Hébert and Sébastien Émond.

All those interested and who which to be heard by the council regarding this derogation request, are encouraged to be present at the aforementioned council meeting.
