<p> MUNICIPALITY OF ORMSTOWN PUBLIC NOTICE MINOR DEROGATION REQUEST</p><p>IS HEREBY GIVEN, by the undersigned, General Manager/ Secretary- Treasurer of the said municipality, that a special council meeting will be held on April 2nd, 2012 at 7:30 pm at Chateauguay Valley Regional High School, 1597 route 138A in Ormstown.</p><p>During this meeting, the council must rule on the following minor derogation request:</p><p>Nature and effects: The purpose of this minor derogation request is to authorize: - a distance of 1.19 metres between an accessory building and a principle building, whereas the bylaw stipulates a minimum of 1.50 metres; - a distance of 1.00 metre between a pool and a property line, whereas the bylaw stipulates a minimum of 1.50 metres; - an encroachment of an accessory building on Dickson Street, whereas the bylaw stipulates a distance of 1.50 metres from the property line.</p><p>Location identification: The building is located on lot 66-5 of the official St-Malachie Cadastral, civic number is 9 Cairns Street, property owners are Julie Hébert and Sébastien Émond.</p><p>All those interested and who which to be heard by the council regarding this derogation request, are encouraged to be present at the aforementioned council meeting.</p><p>Given in Ormstown this March 16th, 2012.</p><p>Daniel Théroux General Manager/ Secretary-Treasurer</p><p>English version provided for translation purposes only.
