Martin’s Point – Remote Access and Self-service Token

From a Martin’s Point Computer (at a non-Martin’s Point location)

1. Point your browser to: https://connect.martinspoint.org (Please do NOT use any old shortcuts or favorites, this is a new address!)

2. If you are a Plan User (MPDomain), click Plan User. If you are a Practice User (MPMed), click Practice User. If you have been moved to (MPHealth), click MPHealth User.

3. Enter the following:

a. User Name: (this is the user id used to log on to your computer/VDI, i.e. first.last)

b. Password: (this is the password used to log on to your computer/VDI, this is NOT your PIN)

c. SecurID: (this is the 6 digit number currently shown on your self-service SecurID token)

Questions? Call the IT Service Desk x6200. IT is providing a token to anyone who requires remote access to the Martin’s Point network. If your token is lost or stolen, you will need to provide your department code and GL code to fund a replacement, which has a cost of $80. From a non-Martin’s Point computer, such as your Home Computer (at a non-Martin’s Point location)

One-Time Install If you have never accessed Martin’s Point remotely from this computer, perform the following install

1. Go to http://receiver.citrix.com

2. Click the “Download Receiver” button.

3. Check “I agree”. Click Continue.

4. Click Run.

5. Click Install.

To access Martin’s Point remotely:
