Street Name – Pye development off Milton Road To note the street name allocated by the Vale of White Horse District Council to the Pye development is Springfield Way.

11. Harwell Stakeholder Meeting 5 th December, 2014 To receive a report from Cllr. W. Hanks who attended this meeting.

12. Didcot Community Forum Meeting 9 th December, 2014 To receive a report from Cllr. W. Hanks who attended this meeting.

13. Drayton Road – Traffic Calming To receive a report from the representatives who attended the site meeting with Oxfordshire County Council on 15th December, 2014.

14. Recreation Ground a) To receive the report on the condition of the play equipment/recreation ground – weekly inspection by Council.. b) To receive the quarterly report on the condition of the play equipment from Advent Solutions. c) To appoint the play area inspection person for the next month.

Correspondence a) Oxoniensia – Architectural and Historical Society publication. b) National Association of Local Councils magazine. c) Age Concern – Information regarding keeping warm in Winter d) Notification from Pegasus Group, planning consultants, that there will be an exhibition at the Cornerstone Arts Centre, Didcot on Saturday 17th January, 2015 10.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m. regarding the proposed redevelopment of the Didcot “A” site.
