Drayton Road – Traffic Calming To receive a report from the representatives who attended the site meeting with Oxfordshire County Council on 15th December, 2014.</p><p>14. Recreation Ground a) To receive the report on the condition of the play equipment/recreation ground – weekly inspection by Council.. b) To receive the quarterly report on the condition of the play equipment from Advent Solutions. c) To appoint the play area inspection person for the next month.</p><p>15.
