Table S1: Deployment information for physical oceanographic array employed during Eulerian sampling. All instruments were mounted to the substrate. The ADV flex heads were secured to dead coral heads, projecting approximately 0.42, 0.78, and 1.0 m above the substrate for Tubes 3, 4, and 5 respectively. Additional Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc. SBE56 thermistors were deployed at tubes 2 and 4, one at mid-depth in the water column and one just below the surface at each tube
