Rampage Is a Competition Open to All Scout Troops Based at Drum Hill County Scout Campsite

` 1st June 2017 Rampage 2017 Rampage is a competition open to all Scout Troops based at Drum Hill County Scout Campsite. The competition is for the teams (patrol of 6) to take part in a range of fun and challenging activity bases. The team with the greatest number of points attained will be the winners.

This year’s competition is to be held on Sunday 8th October. Although the competition is open to all Troops from Derbyshire, entry is restricted to one team per Troop because we have a limited number we can accommodate. The maximum number of teams is 24 so it is on a first come first served basis.

Programme  The competition will consist of teams visiting a number of bases where they will take part in the various challenges; each activity will last for 30 minutes.

 The competition will start at 10.00 am and finish with a presentation to the winning team at 4.15 pm.

 You will need to arrive in time to book in by 9.30 am

 There will be 8 different activities with a break for lunch around 12.40 pm. You should bring a packed lunch with you.

 Activities will include physical and mental challenges such as climbing, archery, fire-lighting and pioneering.

Eligibility  The team to consist of 6 Scouts maximum age 14½ who are members of the Troop they represent.

Entries  Cost of entry is £25.00 per team (cheques to be made payable to Derbyshire County Scout Council)
