MEDIA CREDENTIALS

 Dates for the North American International Livestock Exposition (NAILE) are October 31- November 16, 2017 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY.  The NAILE Media Room is located in Freedom Hall, Suite A3.  Media Room hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily, October 31-November 15 and 8 a.m. – 12 Noon, November 16.  Media credentials are free.

THESE CREDENTIALS ARE FOR WORKING PRESS ONLY.

Media are encouraged to wear the Media Badge to identify them as working press. Media credentials are required to enter the Official North American International Livestock Exposition Media Room.

 EACH APPROVED APPLICANT WILL BE SENT A PARKING PASS AND ONE (1) TICKET GOOD FOR ONE TIME ENTRY. MEDIA CREDENTIALS/BADGE MUST BE PICKED UP IN THE NAILE MEDIA ROOM. THE MEDIA BADGE DISTRIBUTED IN THE MEDIA ROOM WILL BE GOOD FOR ADMITTANCE DURING THE RUN OF THE SHOW. THE PARKING PASS WILL ALSO BE GOOD FOR THE RUN OF THE SHOW. THE PARKING PASS SHOULD BE DISPLAYED IN THE WINDSHIELD OF YOUR VEHICLE ON THE DRIVER’S SIDE. YOU MAY USE THE PASS LANE (FAR RIGHT LANE) OF ANY OUTSIDE GATE TO ENTER THE GROUNDS. THERE IS NO RESERVED AREA FOR MEDIA PARKING.

 MEDIA BADGES CAN BE USED FOR ADMISSION TO THE RODEO. THE RODEO IS A TICKETED EVENT. SHOULD YOU WANT A RESERVED SEAT, TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED AT THE FREEDOM HALL BOX OFFICE OR ONLINE AT TICKETMASTER.COM.

*Each approved applicant will be sent a parking pass and one (1) ticket good for one time entry. Media credentials/badge must be picked up in the NAILE Media Room.
