Please Note: This is an application and not a contract. You will be notified by mail on or before Wednesday, September 7, 2005 regarding the decision concerning applications and space assignments. Once selected, we will send a proposed contract for your review. [ ]Yes, I realize my application is subject to review by the Yuletide Market Committee. Repetition of merchandise will be a consideration. Date of receipt of application may be a factor in acceptance and also in consideration of booth location preference. Refund Policy: Upon acceptance of application, the deposit of $100.00 is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due by Monday, October 10, 2005.
