Sticker Book

Here is what you need to do…… 1. Practice at least 1 or 2 lists each week. I suggest making flash cards for your child.

2. Fill out the Parent Sheet to indicate which list or lists your child practiced.

3. Please return the Sticker Book each Friday with your child’s Daily Folder.

4. Each Friday, I will assess your child to see if he/she knows their list(s). If your child is able to retell everything in the list, he/she will receive a sticker for that list.

5. I will assess your child in a random order. Do not practice the list starting from top to bottom.

6. The Sticker Book will be returned to you each Friday. If there is no school on a Friday, the monthly calendar will indicate when the book should be turned in.

7. Have fun practicing the words and beginning your child’s journey into becoming a reader and a writer!
