The proposed estate transformation has been developed based on your feedback and needs as residents. OFFER TO NEW BARNSBURY RESIDENTS 18 So, I am delighted to now be able to present you with this Offer Document, which outlines our offer to you as your PROPOSED HOMES ON NEW BARNSBURY 20 landlord. On the following pages you will find detailed information on what the proposals mean for you to help you make your decision in the residents’ ballot.
