FACULTY ASSOCIATION HARD WORKER AWARD CRITERIA

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS AWARD, A STUDENT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

1) Be currently employed.

2) Enrolled for the semester of application (Spring 2017) and returning to Clinton Community College for the following Fall 2017 semester.

3) If full time, have 12 or more credits completed at CCC with a 3.0 or better at the time of application.

If part time, have 6 or more credits completed at CCC with a 3.0 or better at the time of application.

TO APPLY FOR THIS AWARD, A STUDENT MUST:

1) Submit a Cover Letter.

2) Provide a Letter of Recommendation or Reference Form from a current Employer.

3) Provide a Letter of Recommendation or Reference Form from a Faculty Association Member.

4) Demonstrate involvement in one or both of the following areas within the last (3) years by providing a Letter of Recommendation or Reference Form: a) Community Service b) Campus Involvement

5) Provide a current Unofficial Transcript.

THE AWARDS WILL BE:

1) For (2) Full-Time Student Recipients - $1,000.00 Awarded to Each Student For (2) Part-Time Student Recipients- $ 750.00 Awarded to Each Student

2) Announced at the Academic Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, May 3, 2017.

3) Awarded to students after the “Date of Record” in the Fall 2017 semester and after registration/attendance verification.
