This hearing is being held for the purpose of reviewing the protested applications of: Stingray Rock, LLC t/a Stingray, 59 Lake Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971, has applied for a 720 sq. ft. patio License. Time: 5:00P.M. and #2 The Delaware River and Bay Authority t/a The Lewes Terminal Restaurant, 43 Cape Henlopen Drive, Lewes, DE 19958, who has applied for a variance to OABCC Rule 42.1 to permit live entertainment and external speakers/amplifiers on the licensed patio.
