Time: 5:00P.M. and #2 The Delaware River and Bay Authority t/a The Lewes Terminal Restaurant, 43 Cape Henlopen Drive, Lewes, DE 19958, who has applied for a variance to OABCC Rule 42.1 to permit live entertainment and external speakers/amplifiers on the licensed patio.
